First , priced at 3995,4995 ****,an 6795. Never mentioned a free trial with no strings attached . after trial what are the reduced prices. Stated these were the reduced prices . Health Notification Alert! What free trial?a

Problem with hearing aids that are not even 1 year old. lack of help from where I bought them from
I been having problems with these hearing aids from about 2 months from when I got them. took them back and got nothing but a run around from Nick Malatesta. I would not recommend buying anything from him. trying to get better service from Beltone is a joke.

Covid restrictions locking the customer in the office made me uncomfortable. If masks work, why can't I sit in the waiting room?
I was asked to leave the office, because a person with an earlier appointment came in and the policy is only one person can be in the office at a time with the door locked. This is a recipe for disaster.

Hearing aids now not compatiable to my phone
i bought hearing aids to have the bluetooth app so as to adjust hearing in any situation. worked for two years now im told i need a samsung phone! why should i have to check with an agent on purchase of brand to buy. seems this is a money deal for beltone and samsung, not servicing the customer! it upsets me a great deal!! what a waste of my money not to be able to use the blue tooth as promised. will no longer even consider beltone for hearing aid needs.

Hearing Aids could not be adjusted for me to use. Visit the office 12 times in three months. Wanted to return the items but office said no.
My ears produced a lot of wax which blocked the sensory device.
User's recommendation: Company is good. I had a problem with wax production in my ears.

I went in for a regular scheduled cleaning and my hearing aid was working fine. After they took it into another room it would not work.. After checking it they said the mic was weak and it would cost $400 to repair.. I'll spend $2500 for another company's product rather than deal with this auto dealer trick to cheat me..

About 80% of the time, I have to call people back two or three times because my hearing aids do not pick up the Bluetooth app on my iPhone8. I have had the phone and the hearing aids checked and no one seems to know the problem. In the meantime, it's frustrating and embarrassing to interrupt someone to ask if I can call them back (again) because only one hearing aid is working. My hearing loss is PROFOUND and this is not convenient or acceptable for the price.
User's recommendation: Ask about connectivity. I tried a different pair of hearing aids and did not experience the same issue.

Company is taking advantage of seniors. Called family member "suggesting" they were with Insurance Co. Long story short. Sold my Mother $6000 heating aides...were in no way associated with United Ins. She had to pay full price!

I went in Beltone in lLogansport In the hearing specialist did great job and told me need two hearing ade.My promblem is that I want the report for Va the office manger told $80.00 I said no veteran no discounts . All I wants report to go to VA in Marion In for my appointment on Feb 14 2020 now i went up agian to get it now it $ 100. . i feel a veteran should not be treated this way. I was going to buy yours if I dont get them thru the VA .Can we get the report at a lower cost me. ASAP . I Hope hear from you.

Too much for too little
Have had Beltones for 3 years. Have had to send them in for repair three times with the last time costing $250.00 per unit. One time I took them in for repair the audiologist was heard to say "that is what he gets for getting the cheap ones". The "cheap ones" were $3500.00 for the pair. Last time repair was done ($250.00) the unit started acting up with 2 weeks. Tired of it and going to a different brand. Lady that works behind the counter (Midland, Tx.) is super nice and friendly and does all she can to help out but the units as just shoddy from the word go.

My wife and I were talked into purchasing your hearing aids from the Howell, Mi store on 9 6 19. My wife said that she did not want them but the representative said that she needed them because of her dementia and ringing in her ears. We purchased them for $6,390.00. we went back to the rep. 3 times and my wife still did not like them. Your Representative continued to say try them you need them. On 10 14 19 we tried to return then to the store and get out of the contract. The Rep. said we were past our 30 days and they couldn't do anything about it. All I want to do is get out of the contract because my wife wont wear them. Please help Ronnnie

Appointment to reset volume on hearing aid
I have over $5,000 worth of Belltone hearing aids in my ears and one has lost the volume, I called to schedule an appointment to get it repaired and was told the office was under new management. I then was told the person was on vacation for a week and was only in the office a few days a week in Ft Myers Fl. I asked for an emergency appointment and was told the only time I could get in would be November. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and now can not hear for this amount of time. There has to be better ways of getting an appointment and this repaired as my understanding depends on it as I have tinnitus in the other ear.

Discontinued the mobile App within months of my purchase.This was one of the major selling points of the hearing aids I purchased for $6000.00. After contacting Beltone I was told they would return my call twice, What a joke they are,sorry Beltone no more purchases from me.

I had the same thing happen to me! I have an appointment with Miracle Ear tomorrow. I'm hoping for a decent product at the cheaper price they are advertising.
